TeamSport Racing gearing up for the 2005 Season Opener - April 2nd-3rd

Other changes to our sport for 2005 include:

-New time formats for most SuperCourse classes. The shorter race durations are designed for one reason: attract more newcomers to the sport. 

-"Team Racing" is back! Two classes will be available: "Lottery Team"- Each racer must provide their own boat, and will draw for a teammate. Each event will pair up different teams. "Non-Lottery Team"- the traditional team format of two riders, bringing one or two boats to race with.

-Slalom Racing! Each TSR event will feature an IJSBA-sanctioned slalom course for several classes. 

-10 to 12 year olds, and 13 to 15 year olds will be racing in two Junior Ski classes in both Slalom and SuperCourse.

-A brand new event, the "Texas Cup / East-West Challenge" will be a stand-alone, two-day SuperCourse racing shoot-out to determine which side - East or West - will have the bragging rights (and the "Texas Cup") for an entire year!
