JET JAM SERIES NEW PROMOTER DESERT STEEL MOTORSPORTS JOINS USWRA
Noblesville, IN. (February 14, 2005) – The United States Watercraft Racing Association (USWRA) announced today Desert Steel Motorsports (DSM) has joined the USWRA as the new promoter of the former Bullett Jet Jam Series in Lake Havasu City, Ariz.
In earlier developments today, it was announced that DSM will be producing the 2005 Jet Jam Series. With this change, DSM has elected to be a USWRA promoter.
DSM Events 15-year history of involvement in the motorsports industry began in 1990 with the Nissan factory to develop and promote its Unlimited Off-Road race truck. More recently, DSM has been involved with the production of World Finals. For more information on the history of DSM, go to

“DSM comes to the table with a tremendous amount of experience and background in event promotion,” said USWRA Managing Director Jacque Bryant. “I am excited and encouraged about their plans for the 2005 season. It should make for some new excitement and opportunities for everyone,” continued Bryant; “Additionally, we will honor APBA memberships at these events until the 2005 expiration date.”
